Winnie brings a wealth of experience in the IT and print production arenas to the design team at Network Design and Communications. Early positions developed her expertise at designing and producing print materials for a wide spectrum of clients, from federal government agencies to nonprofit community organizations, while more recent assignments have relied on her extensive IT management capabilities. She currently specializes in the design of interactive web pages and the migration of Network’s clients’ web sites from informational to commerce-enabled sites.
